Looks like there was wet doo here, and the dog owner attempted to pick up the gloppy mess. I appreciate the broken twigs and leaves warning to avoid stepping into the smear.
I wish there were more considerate dog owners in the neighborhood.

Although I also appreciate the broken twigs and leaves warning, there are those that would kick the leaves and twigs only to find something stuck to the tip of their shoe ... to their horror its dog poop. Bottomline, owners should carry poop bags. Otherwise, walk your dogs in your yard. That way, you don't have to pickup after your dog and causing others the distasteful chore of cleaning their shoe.
