Image via WikipediaWe just played golf this past weekend at San Francisco's Fleming Course (inside of Harding Park Golf Course) out by Lake Merced.We love the place . . .
. . . except for the dog owner who allowed their dog to doo it in the middle of a fairway (#7 on the illustration) and leave it!
Golfers pay fees to play a round of golf. Runners, walkers, and dog walkers can stroll through the course without paying any sort of entrance fee. Maybe the park system should consider some expanded usage fee system; especially for those walking dogs.
