Campaign To Flag Dog Droppings

I've read about neighborhood campaigns to reduce dog poop left by dog owners. I really like the idea of 'flag' campaigns to bring attention to the problem. So this week, I've started party toothpick flagging. Let's see what happens.

Flagging or Marking Dog Droppings

We just visited Palm Springs. While we were there, we saw a TV news spot highlighting something interesting in Desert Hot Springs. To no surprise, The Desert Sun article says it all, Cities tired of picking up after your dog.

Make sure you view the article and the photo that goes with it. You'll see a picture of tons of little flags stuck into dog poop left behind by dog owners. Folks fed up by the dog droppings put flags into the dog doo to draw attention and awareness to just how bad the mess is.
